PROTEIN ACAI BOWL

INGREDIENTS

  • 100ml Organic Pomegranate Juice (Not from concentrate)
  • 1 x banana (half for the Acai mix, half for toppings)
  • 30g protein powder of choice
  • 100g Acai Puree (frozen)

TOPPINGS

  • 5g shredded coconut
  • 20g frozen raspberries
  • 10g vegan white chocolate
  • 5g chopped walnuts

METHOD

  1. Place the pomegranate juice, half the banana, protein powder and Acai puree in a blender. Mix until smooth
  2. Slice the banana and arrange on top. Add the other toppings as well.
