PROTEIN ACAI BOWL

INGREDIENTS
- 100ml Organic Pomegranate Juice (Not from concentrate)
- 1 x banana (half for the Acai mix, half for toppings)
- 30g protein powder of choice
- 100g Acai Puree (frozen)
TOPPINGS
- 5g shredded coconut
- 20g frozen raspberries
- 10g vegan white chocolate
- 5g chopped walnuts
METHOD
- Place the pomegranate juice, half the banana, protein powder and Acai puree in a blender. Mix until smooth
- Slice the banana and arrange on top. Add the other toppings as well.
